About
Program ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan generasi baru profesional untuk sektor hotel yang berkembang pesat di Hong Kong maupun di kawasan ini. Untuk membekali siswa dengan teori dan pengetahuan praktis yang kuat dalam manajemen operasi hotel, berbagai topik hotel termasuk manajemen makanan & minuman, manajemen kantor depan dan tata rumah, manajemen pendapatan hotel, dan pengembangan dan pelatihan staf akan dibahas di program. Melalui kesempatan magang, program ini juga akan membantu siswa untuk mengidentifikasi dan memperkuat aspirasi karir mereka dengan mengintegrasikan pengetahuan kelas dengan praktik kerja di dalam pengaturan hotel sebenarnya.

Entry Requirements
Siswa Internasional:
- Pendaftar dengan kualifikasi akademik yang diperoleh dari sekolah menengah di luar Hong Kong akan dinilai secara individual oleh departemen yang bersangkutan.
- IGCSE, GCE, International Baccalaureate (IB) atau kualifikasi luar negeri lainnya yang setara dengan tingkat Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education yang dibutuhkan akan diterima.
- IELTS skor menyeluruh 5 atau setara.
