Program ini bertujuan untuk membekali siswa dengan dasar pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang kuat dalam akuntansi profesional yang akan mempersiapkan mereka untuk menjadi akuntan yang kompeten tak lama setelah lulus, dan akhirnya dapat memangku peran manajerial dalam akuntansi profesional dan praktik terkait.
Siswa akan dilatih di bidang akuntansi, keuangan, dan tata kelola perusahaan dalam konteks lokal, nasional atau global. Program ini juga mengembangkan kepekaan dan kreatifitas siswa dalam akuntansi dan pengelolaan sumber daya keuangan perusahaan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan perkembangan lingkungan bisnis di Hong Kong dan China Daratan.

Siswa Internasional:
- Pendaftar dengan kualifikasi akademik yang diperoleh dari sekolah menengah di luar Hong Kong akan dinilai secara individual oleh departemen yang bersangkutan.
- IGCSE, GCE, International Baccalaureate (IB) atau kualifikasi luar negeri lainnya yang setara dengan tingkat Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education yang dibutuhkan akan diterima.
- IELTS skor menyeluruh 5 atau setara.
