Program ini bertujuan untuk memberi para siswa pelatihan profesional dan komprehensif dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis yang luas terkait dengan makanan, gizi, pengembangan produk makanan, manajemen keselamatan. Entry Requirements
Siswa Internasional:
- Pendaftar dengan kualifikasi akademik yang diperoleh dari sekolah menengah di luar Hong Kong akan dinilai secara individual oleh departemen yang bersangkutan.
- IGCSE, GCE, International Baccalaureate (IB) atau kualifikasi luar negeri lainnya yang setara dengan tingkat Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education yang dibutuhkan akan diterima.
