Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Nursing

STPM / Matriculation / Foundation or its Equivalent

• CGPA: 2.50 and above
• SPM (or equivalent):
  • Credit in Bahasa Melayu, Mathematics, and any Science subject
• International Students:
  • Credit in Mathematics and any Science subject

A-Level

• Grade C in 3 subjects
• SPM (or equivalent):
  • 3 credits in Bahasa Melayu, Mathematics, and any Science subject
• International Students:
  • Credit in Mathematics and any Science subject

UEC

• Grade B in 5 subjects, including:
  • Bahasa Melayu, Mathematics, Science, and 2 other subjects
• Diploma (Level 4 MQF):
  • CGPA 2.50 and above
  • 3 credits in SPM (or equivalent): Bahasa Melayu, Mathematics, and any Science subject
• International Students:
  • Credit in Mathematics and any Science subject

Diploma in Nursing

• Credit transfer allowed
• Registered with Nursing Board
• 2 years of clinical working experience

English Language Requirements (for International Students)

• SPM:
  • Pass for Diploma in Nursing (DIN)
  • Credit for Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• UEC: Pass
• MUET: Minimum score of 3.0
• IELTS: Minimum score of 5.5
• TOEFL:
  • 515 (PBT)
  • 215 (CBT)
  • 80 (iBT)
• Pearson: Minimum score of 51

Exemption & Alternative Options:

• International students who do not meet the English language requirements may join the Intensive English Programme at Nilai University, which builds their skills and prepares them for the Linguaskill examination.

Health Requirements

All offers are subject to students being certified by a medical practitioner as fit to commence the nursing programme within one month. Students must not have any of the following medical/physical conditions:
