Program ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kreatifitas dan pemikiran desain siswa. Siswa Internasional:
- Pendaftar dengan kualifikasi akademik yang diperoleh dari sekolah menengah di luar Hong Kong akan dinilai secara individual oleh departemen yang bersangkutan.
- IGCSE, GCE, International Baccalaureate (IB) atau kualifikasi luar negeri lainnya yang setara dengan tingkat Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education yang dibutuhkan akan diterima.
- IELTS skor menyeluruh 5 atau setara.
