- Gelar Master dari UniKL;
- Gelar Master dari lembaga pendidikan tinggi lainnya, lokal atau internasional, atau setara, dan disetujui oleh Senat UniKL.
Persyaratan Bahasa Inggris (Pelamar internasional yang bahasa ibunya bukan Bahasa Inggris):
- IELTS band 5.5;
- TOEFL score 525;
- English Placement Test (EPT) band 5.5 - dilakukan secara internal di UniKL.
