About
Seorang Quantity Surveyor adalah pekerja bangunan profesioanl yang berguna untuk memberikan nasihat ekonomi, harga dan kontrak pada setiap aspek pembangunan. Inspeksi kuantitas merupakan profesi yang membutuhkan kombinasi keahlian teknik, ekonomi, hukum dan manajerial. Oleh karena itu, program profesional ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan lulusan berkompeten dalam memberikan pelayanan tersebut.
Program ini memberikan para siswa pemahaman yang menyeluruh mengenai peran Quantity Surveyor di setiap tahapan proses pembangunan dan pengembangan, dari pengeluaran laporan proyek hingga konsultan melalui semua tahapan perancangan dan perencanaan pembangunan, penyelesaian, penempatan dan penjagaan fasilitas untuk memenuhi objektif ‘value for money’.
Selain studi akademik, semua siswa akan melalui pelatihan praktek selama enam bulan di sebuah firma inspeksi kuantitas atau perusahaan yang berkaitan dengan pembangunan. Para siswa akan membuat proyek besar pada tahun akhir, yang memastikan semua aspek program terintegrasi dengan baik sebelum lulus.
