- SPM (5 kredit) dengan kredit dalam mata pelajaran yang relevan, atau
- Kualifikasi setara lainnya sebagaimana diakui oleh Malaysian Government DAN
- Kredit dalam SPM Inggris / Inggris 1119, atau
- Skor IELTS 4.0, atau
- Skor TOEFL 400 (berbasis kertas), 173 (berbasis komputer) atau 61 (iBT)
- Grade B dalam Bahasa Inggris UEC
- Band 2 di MUET
- Band 6 dalam English Enhancement Program (yang diadakan selama Semester 1 di MIU)
