About
Bachelor of Communication (Hons) Public Relations UTAR bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan industri komunikasi akan public relations yang memiliki kompeten teknis serta menghargai peran Public Relations di Malaysia dalam lingkungan global. Para siswa akan mengembangkan keahlian komunikasi dalam berbagai konteks dan meningkatkan kemampuan kreatif, keahlian analisa dan kemampuan manajemen.
Program ini juga menekankan pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai teori komunikasi. Dalam pengaplikasian, para siswa akan membuat media kit, news release dan presentasi audio-visual. Mereka juga akan belajar untuk mengatur press conference, event dan exhibition.
Para siswa juga akan diperkenalkan kepada dasar-dasar periklanan seperti copywriting dan media planning. Mereka akan mengembangkan pemahaman tentang profesi dan industri periklanan. Periklanan merupakan bidang yang berkaitan dengan komunikasi di mana para lulusan bisa mencoba untuk bekerja di bidang tersebut.
