- Fisika Inti mencakup fisika dasar dan fisika terapan, yang relevan dengan industri teknologi tinggi.
- Bahan dan Optoelektronik adalah bidang utama dari komponen Teknik. mahasiswa dapat memilih Kuliah Pilihan, termasuk Polymers & Composites, Semiconductor Materials & Devices, Simulation & Analysis of Optoelectronic Devices, Display Technology, Optoelectronic Packaging & Reliability and Solid State Lighting.
- Mahasiswa melakukan Proyek Tahun Akhir untuk mengintegrasikan pengetahuan, bakat dan keterampilan yang telah mereka peroleh.
